A note about the hair resources below: I have links to online retailers that I have ordered from and more that I have not. There are MANY wig retailers to buy from - both online and bricks and mortar - so this list is limited, but will hopefully be a good start for you. I suggest that when you order online, make sure you are able to return or exchange the hair piece. It can be very difficult to assess color accurately from a screen and you will want to be able to make sure it is absolutely right. Custom wigs, of course, cannot be returned but should be made to fit you perfectly.

The Wig Fairy
What I love about The Wig Fairy is that they have pop-up events in various cities where you can make an appointment, come in, pick from a wide variety of wigs and then get your chosen wig customized right then and there. I had a great experience when they came to my city.
